QAQC Executive

About the role

Isella Sofa Design Sdn Bhd, a leading furniture manufacturer, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QAQC Executive to join our team. This full-time position is based in Semenyih, Selangor, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the exceptional quality of our product line.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance and quality control systems to monitor and maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Conducting thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to identify and address any quality issues.
• Documenting and reporting on quality control data, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions to improve processes.
• Collaborating with production teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
• Ensuring the company's quality standards and compliance with relevant industry regulations and customer requirements.
• Training and mentoring production staff on quality control procedures and techniques.
