Maintenance Technician

QUALIFICATIONS

Possess at least SPM in any field or certificate in mechanical or electrical with 1-2 years similar working experience or equivalent. Can work overtime and on shift if required. Have own transport. Willing to learn, good working attitude and attendance, responsibility and a good team player. Perform all work according to work orders and load / unload materials as required. Able to work independently. Able to understand simple instructions in English and Malay; able to write simple English & Malay. Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Maintaining and servicing machines. Troubleshooting control cards and motors. Checking machine voltage input supply, current and temperature. Machine troubleshooting. Control card programming and settings - inverter, SB2 card, etc. Minor mechanical tasks - bearing change, oil seals, etc. Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor as required.
