FACILITY TECHNICIAN

Overview

Candidate must possess at least Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (minimum level 2), or minimum PW2 certificate.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Building Maintenance / Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.

Must possess good interpersonal skills to deal with tenants and staff, good organizational skills and be detail oriented.

Willing to standby for on-call duty and work in shift.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine monitoring, maintenance and repair of facility equipment.
• Assist the management in all aspects of maintenance but not limited to electrical, mechanical, civil, plumbing, painting and craftsman works.
• Dealing with suppliers and contractors to ensure that the services provided are complete, timely and effective.
• Resolve complaints / feedback, make inspections and ensure all defects / damages are made within a certain time and period
• Maintain inventory of stock and equipment
• Participate in emergency and contingency cases
• Perform other duties set by the management
