Provide timely end-user support for hardware and software issues to ensure smooth daily business operations.
Manage IT equipment procurement, including evaluating and recommending hardware and software solutions.
Respond to network user requests, ensuring seamless access to resources and smooth operation of software applications.
Administer and maintain network systems by performing upgrades, monitoring performance, and ensuring system stability.
Troubleshoot and manage servers, email systems, network security, internet access, telephony, printers, access control systems, attendance systems, CCTV, video conferencing, and related infrastructure.
Ensure antivirus, firewall, and security patches are up to date.
Oversee IT-related inventory and ensure compliance with software licensing requirements.
Administrative Support
Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organizing documents.
Perform general office duties such as data entry, preparing reports, drafting letters, and other correspondence.
Support the coordination and execution of company events and activities, including logistics, IT setup, and administrative tasks.
Monitor and manage inventory levels for IT equipment and office supplies, coordinate restocking as necessary.
Provide general administrative support to the office and leadership team as needed.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
2–3 years of experience in IT support or administrative role (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Knowledge of networking, firewall security, pc troubleshooting and PC service and maintenance.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
A team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
