Warehouse Supervisor (Based at Taman Meru Jaya, Klang)

Responsible for daily warehouse operations to ensure both incoming and outgoing goods are managed accordingly.

To maintain stock accuracy in both physical and ERP system.

Conduct regular stock take on finished goods to ensure accurate inventory records.

Check and verify goods received.

To lead the activities of receiving and unloading of goods from lorry / container.

Liaise with department head for the arrangement of delivery and the lorry / container’s loading capacity.

Provide training to storekeeper in loading and unloading activities.

Ensure accuracy of delivery according to the Pick List / Delivery Advise.

To organize and utilise the storage place so that FIFO system can be applied.

Monitor the ageing / non-moving inventory, and report to department head in case any faulty / damaged ageing inventory is found.

Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of storage place all the time.

To handle forklift preventive maintenance with Maintenance team, and to ensure forklift is well-maintained all the time.

To ensure a safe working environment following company Health and Safety Regulations.

Perform other job tasks / assignments as and when assigned.

Requirements

• At least 5 year(s) of related working experience in warehouse or logistic is required for this position. Prior experience in manufacturing / production operations will be given priority.
• 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Possess a forklift license.
• Good written and verbal communication in English / Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus (need to liaise with colleagues from China).
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Willing to work at Taman Meru Jaya, Klang.
