Ideate and develop high-impact projects / initiatives to improve Shopee's fulfillment warehouse operations productivity and efficiency, leading to operational cost savings.
Methodically plan and develop projects / initiatives executional plan.
Collaborate with internal and / or external stakeholders to execute projects, ensuring projects are meeting the intended objectives, completed timely and within allocated budget / resources.
Assist Warehouse Operations team in health-checking daily operational KPIs, flagging operational issues / risks, and develop solutions / workarounds to de-bottleneck challenges.
Communicate and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, in both verbal and written form of communications

Job Description

Ideate and develop high-impact projects / initiatives to improve Shopee's fulfillment warehouse operations productivity and efficiency, leading to operational cost savings.

Methodically plan and develop projects / initiatives executional plan.

Collaborate with internal and / or external stakeholders to execute projects, ensuring projects are meeting the intended objectives, completed timely and within allocated budget / resources.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, management, finance, supply chain or any related qualification.

Fresh Graduate is welcomed. Working or internship experience in project management in the e-commerce, supply chain or similar industry is a plus point.

Analytical, detail-oriented and number-driven. Able to analyze data and derive relevant, data-backed insights.

Result-driven and a good team player who is willing to collaborate with others to make things happen.

Proficient in using Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Microsoft Excel.

Willing to commute and based in Bukit Raja, Klang.
