Penerangan pekerjaanLead learning and development initiatives that upskill employees and build leadership capability. Partner with leaders to design career growth frameworks, mentorship, and talent development programs. Champion performance management processes that drive accountability and growth. Oversee and continuously improve employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, probation, confirmation, exit). Manage and evolve policies, benefits, and HR systems to support employee experience and compliance. Monitor HR metrics such as engagement, retention, attrition, and diversity to guide decisions. Provide guidance on employee relations matters with fairness and empathy. Champion well‑being initiatives to support mental, physical, and financial health. Partner with senior leaders to align people initiatives with business priorities. Act as a coach and advisor to managers on leadership, feedback, and team management. Are passionate about culture‑building and employee experience. Enjoy creating people programs from scratch and scaling them with growth. Can balance strategic design with hands‑on execution. Value openness, accountability, and speed over corporate bureaucracy. Believe HR should be a business enabler, not an admin function. 3+ years of progressive HR / People experience. Proven experience in culture‑building, employee engagement, and L&D. Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Creative, empathetic, and data‑driven mindset. Resilience and adaptability in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments. Competitive compensation aligned with your contribution.
