Role Overview
A growing international customer experience team is looking for Cantonese-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support. This role involves assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering top-notch service related to content, account access, and platform features.
We welcome fresh graduates from Hong Kong with a passion for digital platforms and strong communication skills in Cantonese and English (B2 level).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle user inquiries via chat, email, and / or phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate support regarding YouTube’s features, policies, and user accounts.
- Resolve customer issues or elevate them appropriately when needed.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions using internal systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear and empathetic responses.
Requirements
Nationality : Must be a Hong Kong (Hong Kong passport or ID required). (Cantonese Speaker)Education : Diploma or Degree in any field.Experience : No prior experience required – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Interest in digital platforms and online media is a plus.What’s Offered
