Responsibilities :

Design the necessary tool needed to run production.
Follow-up with tooling fabrication team.
Follow-up with tooling assembly team, testing & buyoff.
Tooling improvement for new and existing tooling
Design system maintenance & improvement
Analyze and interpret CAD drawings to ensure customer's design is within manufacturing capability.
Generate photomask design / tool and follow up during first article production.
Identify areas for improvement and drive for yield improvement programs.
Failure analysis of design / process issues and identify root cause for improvement.
Provide technical support to the customers, parts delivery and cost savings leading to total customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering field

Working experiences in manufacturing industry would be an added advantage

Working experiences in 3D design would be an added advantage

Working experiences in trim & form, stamping would be an added advantage.
