Job Description
OVERVIEW :
As a Community Executive, you’ll take a lead role in shaping the WORQ experience — balancing operations excellence with community engagement. You’ll be hands-on in daily front desk and facility matters, while also spearheading initiatives that connect members, drive satisfaction, and strengthen our coworking culture.
This is a people-first, operationally grounded role ideal for someone who loves to both host and hustle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Oversee the member and guest experience at the outlet — from first impressions to daily service quality.
Guide and support Community Associates to ensure consistent service standards.
Anticipate member needs, resolve issues efficiently, and uphold WORQ’s hospitality culture.
Conduct workspace tours and support the sales team with leads and inquiries.
Operations & Facility Management
Oversee workspace readiness, cleanliness, and functionality.
Coordinate with vendors and building management on maintenance and service quality.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational SOPs.
Manage reporting on operational performance, occupancy, and member feedback.
Community Building & Events
Plan and execute member onboarding, engagement activities, networking sessions, and internal events.
Build meaningful connections with members to understand their goals and challenges.
Collaborate with marketing to promote events and partnerships.
Gather and act on member feedback to improve satisfaction and retention.
Work closely with Outlet teammates to ensure daily operations flow smoothly.
Contribute ideas and leadership to enhance outlet performance and member loyalty.
Support cross-department initiatives and contribute to community growth projects.
Assist with general ad hoc tasks as and when required.
Qualifications
Who You Are :
A proactive, people-loving problem solver with strong organizational skills.
Experienced in hospitality, coworking, events, or customer experience environments.
Confident communicator who enjoys multitasking and taking ownership.
Fluent in English (Mandarin / Malay is a plus).
Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced setting.
