Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and choices, and able to recommend merchandise based on their desires.
• Customer development and engagement, build long-term relationship with customers.
• Provide excellent after-sale-service, i.e. follow-up calls to customer etc. to optimise every selling opportunity.
• Drive the Sales
• Work to achieve individual sales and store target.
• Promote products and optimise sales opportunities.
• Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented by managers.
• Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience to customers.
• Assist in daily store operations such as but not limited to cash management, visual merchandising and display, monthly stock count, proper care of stocks, and keep the store area clean and tidy at all times.
