About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join the team at Great Leo Medic Sdn Bhd, a leading healthcare provider in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient and reliable delivery of pharmaceutical services to our patients. What you'll be doing

• Assisting the pharmacist in the preparation, packaging, and distribution of medications
• Maintaining accurate records and inventory of pharmaceutical supplies
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering their questions, and ensuring their needs are met
• Participating in the implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Collaborating with the wider healthcare team to coordinate patient care
• Undertaking administrative tasks, such as data entry and order processing, to support the smooth running of the pharmacy
