About the role

This is a full-time opportunity for a Sales & Marketing executive to join AGENSI PERKERJAAN HARAPAN MAJU SDN BHD as a Sales & Marketing executive for Foreign Worker and Maid Agency. Based in Jelutong, Penang, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and marketing efforts to attract and retain customers for foreign worker and maid agency services.

What you'll be doing

Actively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements for foreign worker and maid services
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s agency services
Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, providing excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to raise the company's profile and identify new business opportunities
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales techniques
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance to the management team

What we're looking for

Proven track record of successful sales experience in the sales or marketing industry, preferably in the maid agency or related services sector

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade potential clients

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and objections effectively

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven and proactive mindset
