Responsibilities

  • 監督日常營運以確保效率和準確性。
  • 確保遵守會計準則、稅法、電子發票法規和其他法定要求
  • 與審計師、稅務代理、公司秘書、顧問和監管機構等外部機構聯絡
  • 保持財務和管理報告和分析的準確性、完整性和及時性
  • 維護內部控制並確保完全遵守標準作業程序和公司政策
  • 管理和監控公司的現金流，以確保健康的財務狀況
  • 領導預算、財務規劃與預測流程
  • 根據管理層的要求執行任何其他臨時任務或任務

Requirements

  • 金融、會計學位 / 文憑或相關專業資格（例如 ACCA、CPA 等）
  • 至少 3-5 年全套會計和 / 或審計相關經驗；有管理經驗者優先
  • 較強的分析、解決問題與溝通能力
  • 精通Microsoft Office，尤其是Excel
  • 具 ERP 系統經驗者優先
  • 精通英語、華語和馬來語。我們正在尋找精通華語的候選人，以便與講華語的客戶進行有效溝通。
  • 獨立、積極主動、注重細節，能夠在壓力下有效地執行多項任務以滿足最後期限。
