Job Description : As a Regional FPSO Analyst, you will be part of the Regional FPSO Team and will interact closely with Global, Regional, and Local teams. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across regions and functions to ensure effective system deployments and process improvements.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as a Regional Finance Coordinator on systems / projects roll-outs
- Coordinate and engage key Finance members, organize meetings, and facilitate discussions
- Provide business support with accurate understanding of requirements and workable solutions
- Co-lead change management, highlight blocking issues, and ensure prompt resolution
- Participate in end-to-end finance systems / projects implementation (including hypercare) and collaborate with Global / Regional / Local teams to ensure timely completion
- Monitor projects and present status and metrics to regional management and stakeholders
- Communicate changes in systems implementation to Finance users to mitigate downstream impact
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Systems & Finance Processes
- Be a functional expert in finance systems / processes and understand the workflow from Front-office to Back-office
- Collaborate on opportunities for Power BI, RPA or related automations
- Participate in business process improvement initiatives to align / streamline processes with LDC FPSO Principles
- Work with operational teams to define requirements for new initiatives
- Facilitate reviews for front-office and back-office systems / processes tickets
- Optimize processes to ensure proper control and compliance
- Support country deployments for both front-office and back-office applications
- Translate local requirements, identify gaps, align, and integrate into global applications
- Validate system testing and develop detailed test plans with team members
- User Support and Training
- Engage with key users and schedule training
- Gather updates / training feedback for functional evaluation
- Post-implementation Monitoring / Performance Monitoring
- Monitor and track project KPIs to ensure deliverables are met
- Provide regular project updates to the respective team
- Experiences
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance processes / systems implementation
- Proven experience in operational project management
- Working knowledge of Financial Markets, particularly Commodity and Foreign Exchange Markets
- Experience in UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Experience with systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, trading systems, FIS TRAX, Quantum, etc) is a plus
- Experience in financial consolidation / reporting is a plus
- Knowledge of key Finance Processes / Systems and best practices is mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of requests
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and propose solutions
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Flexibility on working hours during project implementation
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with BI tools for analytics

- Languages
- Mandarin / Malay is an added advantage
- Degree in Business / Accounting / Economics / Finance or related field
