Your job duties
- Making sure that all service and support requests from customers are handled proficiently and in a timely manner.
- Supervise the technical team.
- Provide regular weekly and monthly reports on all activities and forecasts to the General Manager.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers and distribution partners.
- Identify and report on potential new markets, industries and opportunities.
- Ensure a smooth technical process.
- Coach, grow and develop the technical team members.
