An F&B Captain is a frontline supervisor who ensures smooth dining operations by coordinating service staff and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role bridges the gap between the service team and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee waitstaff and ensure timely, courteous service.
- Greet guests, manage reservations and resolve complaints.
- Assign tables, monitor performance and support training.
- Ensure correct order taking and communication with kitchen.
- Monitor dining supplies and report shortages.
- Maintain hygiene and enforce food safety standards.
- Assist in shift reports, sales tracking and feedback collection.
Minimum requirement : At least 1-2 years in F&B as Senior Server or Captain roles.
Working Experience
Experience both service and supervisory roles at Bistro and Bar outlets.Prior work in multicultural environments.Food safety knowledge.Skills Required
