What You'll Be Doing & Gaining

1) Business Development

  • Win new accounts in semiconductor, automotive, EV batteries, and F&B sectors.
  • Generate leads via cold calling and convert through impactful presentations.

2) Channel Management

  • Build strong partnerships with dealers, distributors, and service partners.
  • Oversee enquiries, quotations, and order fulfilment for seamless delivery.

    • 3) Sales Execution

  • Achieve sales targets with strategic planning and CRM‑driven tracking.
  • Share market insights to support growth strategies.

    • 4) Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitors, trends, and customer needs.
  • Strengthen long‑term relationships with key accounts.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Education : Diploma / Degree in Business, Engineering, or related.
  • Industry Expertise : 3–5 years in B2B industrial sales—preferably rotary equipment, compressed air systems, or technical machinery.
  • Proven Skills : Cold calling, market penetration, solution selling, and relationship building.
  • Tech‑Savvy : Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Driven : Independent, results‑oriented, and eager to grow in a competitive market.
