Transport Planning Specialist

Experience

• Min 3 years related working experience in Automotive business, corporate business
• Solid MS Office background (Powerpoint, Excel, Word; BI)
• Data analyst skill (MS BI, Dashboard and Control Tower know-how)
• Experience in Supply Chain or Logistics Management
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management
• Ability to work with different cultures, languages & mindsets.
• Relevant work experience as Project Manager, Purchaser, Consultant and / or logistics manager in demanding line functions.
• Solid experience in logistics / supply chain management preferably with an international freight forwarder, industrial or trading company
• Auditor training (internal or external) e.g. VDA- or APQP-standard
• Analytical, strategic, and conceptual skills, strong communication skills (e.g. : conflict management, escalation reviews with suppliers etc.)
• Knowledge of Lean Management
• We are looking for someone with initiative, enjoying accountability, having a solution-oriented way of working and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to story tell complex solutions in easy language & writing, team player and excellent organizational and empowered and with strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• The person we are looking needs be passionate about making great Powerpoint presentations and needs to have a good story telling mindset
• This position requires some travelling
