Finance Analyst – General Accounting (Mandarin Proficiency)

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce. CA / CPA or equivalent qualified / partly qualified . 3–4 years of relevant working experience in financial accounting, preferably with General Ledger exposure . Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly advantageous. Solid financial accounting track record with project accounting skills. Ability to take a hands-on role in financial and management reporting as required. Mandarin proficiency required , to effectively liaise with our international counterparts. Overview
The Opportunity : We are seeking a motivated Finance Analyst (General Accountant) with Mandarin Proficiency to join our team and contribute to accurate and timely financial reporting. In this role, you will :
- Prepare monthly general ledger entries , bank reconciliations, and monthly Additional Disclosure Pack (ADP) .
- Conduct month-end and quarter-end reporting , balance sheet reconciliations, and review balance sheets with the Finance Business Partner of the respective business units.
- Assist in preparation of internal and external audit requirements .
- Support income tax reviews for tax-sensitive accounts.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and financial analysis as assigned by the Finance Business Partner.
- Ensure continuous improvement in daily routines, promoting innovative ideas and process enhancements.
- Ensure all reporting and month-end deadlines are met consistently.
