Job Summary : The Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting front line company Sales and Marketing Group (SMG) country sales team by optimizing processes, managing data, and ensuring efficient operations. This position involves collaborating with various departments to enhance sales productivity, increase operation efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Process Optimization :
- Supporting front line sales team with optimized SOP under agreed Service of Work (SOW)
- Analyze and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and tools to streamline sales operations.
Data Management and Analysis :
Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems.Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights and tracking mechanism into customers' sales performance and trends.Sales Support :
Assist the sales team with marketing coordination, contract management, and customer inquiries.Connect with marketing, finance, supply, business operation, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.Manage tracking of customer contract management and account activitiesCustomer Supply Management :
Manage and provide response to customer supply escalationProvide top-down high level supply guidanceMarketing
Collect proposal from customers for company AM and key stakeholders for reviewTracking campaign system status in PICCompany Technical Document Delivery
Customer data and system access maintenance
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5 years' experience, including 2-3 years in account management, sales operations, or a similar administrative / support roleProficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical skills and attention to details.Excellent communication (in English and Mandarin) and with great interpersonal skills.
