We are looking for an Experienced Event & Branding Executive with a growth mindset, interested in wearing many hats, and willing to roll up their sleeves to launch and assist our business leader to grow our market in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. In this fast‑paced role, you will work directly with the senior management team to establish at‑scale operations within weeks. You will also serve as a liaison to the Board of directors and senior management team; organize and coordinate General Manager / Executive outreach and external relations efforts; oversee special projects, own and manage business leader planning for the organization.

Job Responsibilities :

• To ensure marketing activities are executed successfully and meet expectations.
• To drive Acestar branding and PR activities.
• Creative writing to foster external collaboration, ability to persuade team members and problem solving; able to deal with stress by prioritizing work.
• Good cheerful attitude, energetic, and enjoy building relationships with key principals and external liaisons.
• To work together with the team to plan and execute marketing activities.
• Play a supervisory role to keep interns accountable.
• Contribute to marketing plans and ideas.
• Contribute to the creation of campaign collateral.
• Telemarketing / cold call to obtain leads for events (webinars, forums, events).
• Familiarity with Zoom or Streamyard is a plus.
