Lead Subsea Pipeline Engineer

Lead Subsea Pipeline Engineer (1 year contract ,renewable)

• Performing conceptual & FEED engineering documents of subsea pipelines and risers, developing Pipeline Design Basis (BoD)
• Developing Specification for Line Pipe, Line Pipe Anti-Corrosion Coating, Field joint coating & Offshore Pipeline Bracelet Anode, Hot Induction bend, Barred Tee & Offshore pig launcher.
• Generating MTO for Subsea Pipeline & Offshore & Onshore Pipeline Corrosion Protection and AC Mitigation Systems.
• Preparing report for Subsea End expansion analysis, buckling analysis & free span analysis.
• Preparing Subsea Pipeline On-bottom Roughness Analysis Report, Installation Study Report & Pipeline-Spool Flexibility Analysis Report.
• Preparing overall route layout drawing & Route selection reports
• Carrying out wall thickness design, on-bottom stability report, spanning, buckling, and hydrodynamic analyses.
• Developing route selection studies, pipeline material specifications, and coating / corrosion protection requirements.
• Reviewing engineering deliverables such as drawings, datasheets, and calculation reports.
• Participating in & contributing to risk assessments like HAZID, HAZOP, and ensuring design complies with safety and environmental regulations.
• Monitoring and providing engineering oversight of third-party engineering contractors and service providers to various Business Units.
