Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 2–3 years of beauty / skincare / cosmetic retail experience. Strong sales skills and confident communication. Able to work in large stores with higher customer flow. Experience joining promotional events or roadshows is an added advantage. Pleasant appearance, customer‑focused, and target‑driven. Able to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Beauty Advisor to join our retail team. This role focuses on driving sales performance in high‑traffic stores and supporting brand activation and promotional events.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Conduct product consultation and skin analysis for customers.
- Lead and support in‑store promotional activities, roadshows, and brand events.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and provide training or guidance to junior Beauty Advisors.
