- Accountable for Premium Cardmembers for new acquisition, usage, receivables, loyalty and retention.
- To develop and execute Premium products / programs to achieve the business and financial goals.
- To continuously review the existing card value proposition and create new proposition to remain competitive and relevant towards the market needs.
- Work closely with Branding team and advertising agencies to strategize and develop the advertising and promotions campaigns.
- Able to negotiate for premium deals with merchants and undertake events serving Premium Cardmembers.
- Manage existing and building new partnerships and strategic alliances and relationship to ensure continuity of programs and partnerships.
- Required to handle Cardmembers request & complains within the stipulated SLA.
- Able to interact and manage and build relationship with high networth clients.
- Undertake presentations and approval papers to be presented for Management approval.
- Manage marketing budget and ensure marketing plan is executed as per approved budget
