Senior Quantity Surveyor

Role Purpose

Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects Prepare tender documents including Bills of Quantities, evaluation analysis until award recommendation Prepare interim payment, variation orders until project account closure. Track project expenditures and cash flow to ensure align with the approved budget In This Role You Will

Ensures accuracy in cost estimations, contract terms, and financial reporting to avoid errors and disputes. Ability to assess complex data, interpret project costs, evaluate risks, and provide sound cost-control strategies. Proactively identifies issues related to cost, contracts, or project delivery and develops effective, practical solutions. Works cooperatively with cross-functional teams in Cyberview, consultants, and contractors-both verbally and in writing and maintaining positive working relationships. Takes responsibility for assigned tasks, project outcomes, and continuous improvement in performance. Prioritises tasks effectively and manages multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines. Upholds professional standards, integrity, confidentiality, and fairness in all dealings with parties involve in project implementation. You're A Great Fit If You Have

Degree in Quantity Surveying Minimum 6 years in infrastructure and building projects Cool Perks
