- Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations such as shipment arrangements, delivery scheduling, and inventory movement.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents (delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, airway bills, etc.).
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Track and update shipment and delivery status in the system.
- Support customs clearance processes by preparing required import / export documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with logistics procedures, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Handle logistics-related administrative tasks, filing, and record keeping.
- Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies, delays, or issues with transporters.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.###
- Requirements :
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or shipping (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Good understanding of logistics and shipping procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
