• Key Responsibilities :
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations such as shipment arrangements, delivery scheduling, and inventory movement.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents (delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, airway bills, etc.).
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Track and update shipment and delivery status in the system.
• Support customs clearance processes by preparing required import / export documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with logistics procedures, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Handle logistics-related administrative tasks, filing, and record keeping.
• Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies, delays, or issues with transporters.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.###
• Requirements :
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or shipping (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Good understanding of logistics and shipping procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
