  • Welcome walk-ins, attend and guide guest accordingly
  • Explain the services that we provide
  • Collect payment and make a record for all the sale made
  • Answer phone calls to arrange appointments for guests and answer general inquiries
  • Monitor social media channels by interacting with users and responding to messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Responsible for the general hygiene and tidiness of the main waiting areas, rooms, and reception.
  • Possibly managing outlets supplies and equipment usage such as stationery and stock
  • Monitor staff compliance with SOP and other customer service standards
  • Undertake all other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required by management.

    Job Requirements

    Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good spoken and written English & Bahasa Melayu; speaking Mandarin & Cantonese is an added advantage
  • Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, self-initiative, and willing to learn
