- Welcome walk-ins, attend and guide guest accordingly
- Explain the services that we provide
- Collect payment and make a record for all the sale made
- Answer phone calls to arrange appointments for guests and answer general inquiries
- Monitor social media channels by interacting with users and responding to messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Responsible for the general hygiene and tidiness of the main waiting areas, rooms, and reception.
- Possibly managing outlets supplies and equipment usage such as stationery and stock
- Monitor staff compliance with SOP and other customer service standards
- Undertake all other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required by management.
