About the role

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with a strong background in SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) and Project Systems (PS) who will work on large‑project finance topics. The role involves collaborating closely with other Business Analysts and Product Owners, providing professional advice, customizing solutions, and translating business requirements into implementations. You will participate in global rollouts of SAP S / 4HANA Private and Public Cloud solutions across Hilti entities and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and finance services worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyze business requirements to develop innovative IT solutions that meet strategic business needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Sales & Distribution, Logistics, and Reporting, to design, develop, test, and implement SAP S / 4HANA solutions and third‑party integrations.
• Provide hands‑on customizations, configuration, and support for finance and controlling processes.
• Drive global rollout projects, ensuring consistent delivery across Hilti entities.
• Support daily operational topics through ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow and Atlassian JIRA.
• Advise on emerging technologies and techniques to innovate finance journeys.
