Penerangan pekerjaanSales and account management experience within the IT industry Ensure sales opportunities are successfully managed through the Sales Process to the 100% Close / Deploy stage. Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge of the client’s products, license / services offerings, and software compliance in messages to customers Convert client leads into sales opportunities through contacts with customers Build and maintain relationship with key decision makers within assigned child accounts with documented account plans Adhere to Worldwide Tele processes and standards consistent with the operational frameworks
Qualifications
- Experience within a sales and account management background
- Experienced B2B sales person with exceptional communication skills and the ability to speak with people from all levels.
- Good communicator, must be conversant with Microsoft Cloud solutions.
- Good understanding of customers’ environment and business needs.
