Responsibilities
- Process and track incoming shipments from origin
 - Prepare and review import documentation including air waybills, commercial invoices, and packing lists
 - Prepare and ensure efficient and effective customs declaration form
 - Coordinate delivery appointments and arrange final mile transportation
 
Billing and Financial Coordination
Generate accurate invoices and expedite to customers promptlyProcess billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely mannerCustomer Communication and Email Correspondence
Serve as primary point of contact for assigned import customers via email, phone, and other channelsProvide proactive shipment updates and delivery notificationsRespond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, documentation, and service issuesMaintain professional email correspondence with international agents, consignees, and service providersEscalate complex issues to management while keeping customers informed of resolution progressDocument all customer interactions and maintain comprehensive communication recordsRequired Qualifications
