Penerangan pekerjaanAsistir al Responsable de Recursos Humanos en la gestión del personal y la aplicación de las normas sociales en el resort Seguir el plan de acción necesario para la optimización de los recursos humanos según los objetivos económicos de la empresa Responsabilizarte de las actividades administrativas (seguimiento de expedientes, declaraciones obligatorias, respuesta a las solicitudes de los empleados...) Controlar toda la información necesaria para el pago de las nóminas (ausencias, enfermedades, horario de trabajo...)

- Sociable : encarnas mejor que nadie los valores de Club Med ante los clientes y los colaboradores
- Eje fundamental : trabajas en coordinación con diferentes servicios y contribuyes a nuestro éxito
- Estructurado / a : conoces nuestros procedimientos de memoria y sabes aplicarlos
