We are looking for an AI Agent Developer to join our technical team. Mainly involved in the development of AI agents and the daily maintenance and problem-solving of supply chain software products, requiring both understanding of AI agent backend development and good relational database usage skills.

Responsibilities

• Intelligent Agent Development : Develop intelligent agents based on large language models (such as GPT, BERT, etc.) to meet the needs of different business scenarios.
• Agent Platform Construction : Use tools like Dify and FastGPT to build and optimize the intelligent agent development platform, enhancing system scalability and usability.
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Optimization : Leverage open-source products such as FlowRAG and LangChain to improve the information retrieval and generation capabilities of large language models.
• Agent Frameworks : Be familiar with agent development frameworks such as AutogenAI, LangGraph, DSPy, CrewAI, and LlamaIndex, and be able to build scalable intelligent agent systems.
• MCP Protocol and Client-Server Architecture : Be familiar with the MCP protocol and have development and integration experience with the Client-Server architecture.
• Technological Innovation and Sharing : Keep up with the latest technological trends in the AI Agent field, write technical documentation, and promote the technological progress of the team.
• Programming Skills : Proficiently master at least one of the languages including Python, Node.js, and Java, with good coding style.
• Teamwork and Problem-Solving Skills : Have good communication skills and be able to quickly identify and solve problems.
