• What you will do
• Perform installation, commissioning, testing, and preventive maintenance for Stryker products across Malaysia.
• Deliver first-level repairs and technical troubleshooting to ensure optimal product performance.
• Conduct technical training for customers and dealers on proper product usage and handling.
• Manage spare parts, tools, and field inventory to support efficient service operations.
• Schedule and execute engineering updates and preventive maintenance visits as required.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with company standards and industry regulations, including ADVAMED guidelines.
• What you need
• Required Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical service within a multinational commercial setting.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining technical equipment.
• Fluent in English.Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the medical device industry.
• Familiarity with inventory management and technical documentation.Additional Information
• Location : Malaysia (nationwide coverage).
• Work arrangement : Field-based with travel across Malaysia.
• Occasional flexible hours may be required to meet customer needs.Travel Percentage : 50%
