Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality parameters.
Coordinate and track the progress of assigned projects, ensuring timely updates, milestone tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
Develop, review, and implement project proposals, project plans, work breakdown structures, detailed schedules, and effort / cost forecasts.
Drive Scrum ceremonies and support hybrid delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and other best practices.
Ensure all project activities align with process and the documentation is consistently maintained, including project plans, reports, presentations.
Assess and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, implementing mitigation strategies and ensuring business continuity.
Foster strong stakeholder engagement by capturing and balancing views to deliver optimal project outcomes.
Promote continuous improvement and process optimization across the project teams by leveraging insights, retrospectives, and process audit feedback.

Responsibility

Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills.

Good understanding on Scrum and Agile practices

Excellent Leadership skills

Anticipates risks and proactive decision-making.

Ability to work under pressure and complete the project on the given deadline

Ability to establish healthy working relationship within the organization and the clients

Excellent planning and organizing skills

Exceptional time management skills and have an eye for detail

Proficient in various computer applications Eg : MS Office, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Jira Service desk

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science, Project Management, IT, or related field.

4-5 years of Project management experience with a minimum of 3 year's experience preferably in the software industry.

PMP and CSM Certifications will be an added advantage.
