Organize the process quality control team to carry out quality monitoring of the whole process of production; monitor the quality status of the product and correct it in time when there is a non-conformity in the quality of the product; continuous quality improvement, reducing production costs to provide high-quality products and services; identify the quality attributes of production orders, monitor the production process to meet customer needs and provide products that meet customer requirements; responsible for various forms of on-site audit and product audit of customer and headquarters related functions, and improve audit problems in a timely manner; responsible for market customer feedback and complaint handling to improve customer satisfaction.
Comply with and communicate the company’s EHSMS, policies, EHS objective & planning, procedures, significant environmental aspects / hazards, EHS roles, responsibilities, accountabilities and authorities, obligations, legal and other requirements, and any relevant EHS issues.
Communicate Emergency Response Plan.

Job Scope
- Process quality control and improvement : According to the quality standards issued by the business group, formulate the process and final inspection standards for the products.
- Responsible for the rule formulation and management of the test system, daily calibration to meet the documentation requirements.
- Responsible for the implementation and release of quality control plans, issuing production line inspection systems, and monitoring key points of production quality.
- Responsible for the feedback and handling of abnormal problems in each process of the production line, organize relevant departments to solve abnormal quality problems, and ensure that the products meet the quality requirements.
- Responsible for the specific work arrangement for inspection of half-finished products and finished product, ensure that the inbound products meet the quality requirements and evaluate their quality.
- Lead or promote major quality improvement projects to continuously improve product quality.
- Import of customer orders : Participate in base order review meeting, identify customer order quality standards and requirements, and timely transform them into internal implementation standard requirements and give training.
- Monitoring process quality during the production of customer orders to meet customer needs.
- Responsible for customer or headquarters related functional process review and problem point organization improvement.
- Cooperate with customer product acceptance to ensure that the product passes the acceptance successfully.
- Handling market quality issues : Regularly manage customer complaints and quality problems, arrange on-site handling, reduce the company's losses from further increasing.
- Timely organize the root cause analysis and improvement within the base for customer complaints, and provide corresponding improvement reports.
- Timely review of the on-site improvement of major quality problems in the market, and correct the incomplete improvement factors.
- Horizontal comparison with customers' problems and improvement measures from other bases, and promotion at local base.
- Improve quality awareness in local base, deliver market complaints for learning for all employees.
- Conduct regular return visits to key customers to maintain customer relations.
Job Related Experience
More than 3 years working experience in process quality management of photovoltaic products, more than 5 years’ experience in production management

Education
Bachelor’s Diploma / Degree / Master Degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience.
Communication
Able to communicate with all levels in the organization.
Work with various levels of management to establish and execute processes and systems that support and reinforce management system elements.
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
