QAQC Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive QA / QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and quality control for our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects. You will ensure that all engineering, construction, and commissioning activities meet project specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements.

What you'll be doing

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA / QC procedures and documentation for T&D projects.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and audits on materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Monitor and report on quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., IEEE, IEC, local T&D codes).
• Review and approve technical documentation, drawings, and test procedures.
• Participate in root cause analysis for non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and QA / QC documentation for all project activities.
• Provide guidance and training to project teams on quality standards and best practices.
