Job Responsibilities : -
Develops, implements and review existing policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department
Strategic HR Management : Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
Team Leadership : Manage and oversee the HR fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
Full HR Cycle : Lead all aspects of the HR cycle, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management and compensation
Policy Development : Create and refine company HR policies to support organizational goals and maintain legal compliance
Industrial and Employee Relations : Handle disciplinary issues and implement performance improvement programs to maintain a positive work culture including csr events and program with the employees
Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with management to align HR goals with business initiatives and liaise with government agencies to ensure regulatory compliance
Learning & Development : Assist in designing, developing and implementing training programs aligned with business objectives
Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and recommend suitable training solutions
Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate training sessions, workshops and employee development program
Ensure training materials and content are up to date and relevant to industry standards
Job Requirements : -
Educational Background : Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Diploma or equivalent in Business Admin, Human Resource Management, Social Science or other related fields
Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administrative management within a manufacturing setting
Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with Malaysian Labour Laws, ISO auditing
Language Proficiency : Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin Speaker is an added advantage.
Personal Qualities : A team player with strong leadership skills, high integrity and a results-oriented approach to the Management
Software skills : Advanced skill in Microsoft Office e.g Excel and Power Point
Personal skills / leadership quality : Fast learner and able to work under pressure to meet the projects dateline, team player and independent
Other requirement : Good communication, report writing and presentation skills
Working experience in Manufacturing or Electrical / Electronics industry is an added advantage
