Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure the integration of Salesforce with other digital platforms and tools.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications for improved performance.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and configurations.
- Identify opportunities to optimize Salesforce usage within the organization.
- Stay updated on Salesforce developments and recommend relevant upgrades or changes.
