Penerangan pekerjaanManage and optimize Salesforce applications to align with business needs in the Accounting & Finance department. Develop and implement Salesforce solutions to improve workflows and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored Salesforce functionalities. Monitor Salesforce system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Ensure Salesforce data integrity and compliance with internal policies. Provide training and support to team members on Salesforce tools and best practices. Prepare detailed documentation of Salesforce processes and configurations. Stay updated with Salesforce advancements and recommend relevant updates.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Salesforce professional should have :
- A strong background in Salesforce administration or development
- Expertise in Accounting & Finance processes and how they integrate with Salesforce tools.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system optimization.
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and analytics features.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders effectively.
- A keen interest in continuous learning and adapting to new Salesforce functionalities.
