Overview

Talent Acquisition Coordinator- 1 Year Contract at Siemens Energy. The role reports to the Talent Acquisition team and provides logistics and administrative support, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, preboarding coordination with stakeholders, and document handling. The position involves heavy interaction with the hiring manager and potential candidates for the APAC region.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate coordination and scheduling of interviews with potential candidates and the hiring manager across the APAC region
• Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g., prepare necessary paperwork, document collection)
• Assist in sourcing and phone screening as required by the Talent Acquisition Partners
• Support recruitment process improvement projects for the APAC region

Contract Details

Important note : This is a 12-month contract role. The selected candidate will be employed through a third-party payroll company and will not be a direct Siemens Energy employee.
