What you’ll be doing

  • Providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and offering product recommendations
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store presentation
  • Accurately processing sales transactions and handling cash and payment methods
  • Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
  • Supporting store opening and closing procedures
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and meet store objectives

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably within the fashion or footwear industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Enthusiasm for fashion and a genuine interest in providing product knowledge to customers
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
