SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE (OUTDOOR)

Penerangan pekerjaan

Candidate must process at least Secondary School / SPM or above. Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Outlook / Powerpoint). Language required : English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin is an added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Working experiences is an added advantage. Possess own transport and willing to travel (Klang Valley). Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Requirements :

  • Independent & multi-tasking.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
  • Conduct outdoor visits to clients for product presentations and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfilment and delivery.
  • Monitor and follow up on sales leads and customer requests.
  • Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Gather market insights and competitor analysis for sales strategy improvement.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

    • Working Details :

  • Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am – 6 : 00pm
  • Must report to work every working day
  • Up to 6 months’ probation period
