Executive - Leasing (Retail Centre / Shopping Mall)

We are looking for Executive / Senior Executive for a full-time Leasing Executive role at TheLOT Associates. As a Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for lease administration, commercial leasing, lease negotiations and more.

Job Description :

Follow through the entire leasing process and ensure all leasing and tenancy matters are handled in a professional manner.

Identify and approach suitable tenants, initiate discussions, arrange meetings and finalize the commercial and tenancy terms.

Maintain a good relationship with landlords and retailers.

Prepare leasing reports and budget rental reports.

Carry out lease administration work such as issuance of Letter of Offer and other related documents.

Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding and scanning.

Conduct market research.

Assist in ad‑hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirement :

Minimum 1-3 years’ work experience in retail centre leasing.

Fluent in written and spoken English and Malay.

Fluent in spoken Mandarin is an advantage for Chinese speaking tenants.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

A positive attitude and good work ethic.
