• To build relationship with the clients and conclude office deals
• To qualify and validate inbound leads (new members) to be part of our WORQ Space and maintaining excellent working relationships
• To assign leads and provide support to the Sales Team
• To consistently meet given goals and metrics and willing to work hard towards meeting those goals
• To conduct office viewing and travel multiple outlets
• Develop and maintain a customer database
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
• Assist in lease negotiations and manage tenancy relationships.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
• To be able to film videos for the use of office space marketing
• Support company community initiatives such as business networking events and member engagement activities.
• Ad Hoc task as assigned by the superior and management
