Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum Passed SPM / Diploma / Degree holder in any related field Good interpersonal and communication skills. Performance and target driven. Able to work under pressure. Visiting customers to negotiate repayment plans and collect outstanding loan payments. Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and loan statuses. Identifying opportunities to restructure loans or provide additional support to customers. Escalating unresolved cases to senior management as needed. Supporting the development and implementation of the company's loan recovery strategies. Providing regular performance reports and updates to the management team. At least 1 year of experience in a related role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. A team player with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in map reading and navigation. Possess own transport (car) and valid driving license – mandatory for field visits .

About the Role
This is a contract role for a Field Officer - Loan Recovery to join the team at PERSOLKELLY Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd . Based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur , this role is responsible for recovering outstanding loans from small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) customers.
Working Hours : Monday to Friday : 8 : 45am to 5 : 45pm
