Your role

Here’s what you will be doing :

Provide technical leadership for Workday projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and implement strategic plans for Workday software, including upgrades, integrations, and system optimizations.
Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring timely delivery of services and meeting project milestones.
Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation and other technological innovations.
Collaborate with senior management to define requirements and deliver solutions that support organizational objectives.

About you

The company is looking for :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a technical leader in Workday implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

Expert knowledge of Workday software, modules, and functionalities.

Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Experience in managing complex projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
