Your role

Here’s what you will be doing :

• Provide technical leadership for Workday projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for Workday software, including upgrades, integrations, and system optimizations.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring timely delivery of services and meeting project milestones.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation and other technological innovations.
• Collaborate with senior management to define requirements and deliver solutions that support organizational objectives.
