Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial record management.
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
Review and process expense claims and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy of accounts.
Manage payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
Record and analyze transactions using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Support audit and compliance requirements.
Communicate effectively in both English and Chinese with internal and external stakeholders.
